The reason we don't feel we belong is simpily because we had been excluded from the main stream decision making. What ever we think it does'tn count unless you are one of the selected elite. If one had a difference view, then definitely one is out. We have to conform or else. We are not allow to think for ourselves and if we vote for a different party, our area could suffer as upgrading would be put on hold until the power to be decided otherwise. Fear had been instilled in our mind from a yound age and when we grow up and our first experience with true democracy in Western countries if one is lucy enough, then it is not a surprise we stay on.
