		<description>Globalization is about the movement of money. You are what you are and where you are because of the driving force of money. Through the use of money, we have created incentives and or disincentives for existence. As you have rightly concluded, under such a union, it is unlikely true integration  can be ratified. And as such, a superficial state shall arise and the cohesive strength, can only be as strong as the paper value that wraps us in.</description>
