Kew Kah Fatt - I think it&#039;s true to a great extent, but sometimes our govt likes to use that as a scapegoat when often it&#039;s our arrogance which gets in the way of relations with our neighbours.</description>

		<description>The point is that we were never serious about ratifying the extradition treaty. Now that the Indons oppose the DCA, that just serve our purpose perfectly. No DCA and no extradition treaty. (Who would seriously think that we need Indon airspace and land for training? Malaysia would not give them to us because we are too close for comfort. Indonesia is the same.) The blood is not in our hands. Back to business usual!</description>
