Guys U know, we need to buy two fire insurance policies, one for HDB internal Structures & fixtures (wall & ceilings etc) the other one then to cover our own furnitures, appliances etc. Look in reality we are just rent the house for 99 years but we have to cover HDB liabilty duty, see even our monthly Town Council Service & conservancy charge are not included the refuse removal charge where reflected our PUB Utiliies bill. Or course there many more of dual charges where added to our unnessary burden.

I think most of them should call it quits to avail themselves of the sum that the HDB (?)is reported to give as an option.

I heard some of them do not want to continue at the temporary market as they don’t find it financial viable to fork out the huge amount of money to help build the temporary market.
