Why is the Singapore Government going to deport those Myanmar nationals that attended Chee Soon Juan’s anti Government and anti Junta protest at the embassy?

If they can protest freely at the Burmese Temple (it was even reported in the Straits Times), why not at the Embassy?

Dear Freesingapore,

Regarding your remark If they can protest freely at the Burmese Temple (it was even reported in the Straits Times), why not at the Embassy?.

Correct me if I am wrong, the ST report was about they went to the Burmese temple to pray for their nation, not protest.

Please provide a reference of the ST report you are referring.

The temple event was considered an indoor gathering.

In the ST report

Observers said a police car drove up at about 7.30pm. It left after a monk asked devotees to stay within temple grounds.
