UN has accepted the name Myanmar, why still use Burma ? Myanmar is like Iraq before the occupation except the junta does not threaten the neighbours. So how can it be a threat to the world ? It is right to support the peaceful reform in Myanmar, not using sanction, war to put pressure on them. Those threatening Myanmar are former colonists and they still want to exert their power over weak countries. You still have colonial mentality by using Burma in your title.
