I would like to post my comments about The Online Citizen (TOC), from the point of view of an online reader.

I think the TOC website and your approach to social issues are fresh, inovative and full of initiatives. Your advanced-level articles, are brilliantly-written, and social issues are examined with plenty of emotional intelligence and ingenuity. The numerous passionate comments at the end of the articles go to show that the consciousness of engagement is still very much alive.

All the best for a great web initiative!

"They’ll say he’s trying to get the Christians population… like what they did with the Marxists in the 80s. They called them Catholic Marxists or [whatever]. They’ll come up with something."

Unlikely the case because, sheep are used to being dictated( as against being led) by shepherd. Sheep have been conditioned all their lives to trust authority in their belief system. Therefore questioning authority is like questioning God who place authority over them. That's the reason why sheep are 'good citizens'. Just like most of their shepherds, sheep enjoy messages that 'bless them' or about being 'blessed'. To question social injustices and wrongful administration of laws will get them persecuted, not blessed in the worldly sense. And if you are wondering why these sheep behave the way they do, it has to do with being taught sin management rather than structural sin. Without understanding the concept of sin, they are blind to hypocrisy around them and in their lives. Effectively, this sheep shepherd relationship/organization works in favor of all rulers - within and outside religious system. Marxism failed not because it lacked substance but because of structural sin.

As long as they remain blind to structural sin, they will be useless to chee's cause. You see, people who have been led to 'green pastures' do not need leader shepherd to govern them anymore. Why do you need to come under leaders when you are in 'green pastures'? To teach you how to eat?
So if you still come under somebody's house rules, you have been barking on the wrong tree of knowledge of good and evil!

"Agreed! That should be the way. Else there would be chaos and everybody wants to be the Indian Chief."

So who will be left standing in the end, non other than another Indian Chief himself who only knows how to play with guns and bullets.

"In an autocracy, they have the real fanatics there: They don’t disagree/argue/reason with you, they just simply give their opponents a bullet to save all that trouble."
