    Who has access to ISP?
    Are net users annoymous ?

Question is what is the level of access to isp information?

For serious criminal issues, I would agree that ISP info should be given out to authority.

But how do we know how is ip address info being used , like say if 100 people polled on the net annoymously, is there a way to find out where they are living?
which town, for example? If so, is this information being used by someone?

Of course, I am just asking what I do not know about the level of internet freedom that is found in singapore.

Who has control of the ISP?
