vivian , stop pretending you understand what is emotional distress. Your words mean nothing because we remember the way you put down Lily Neo’s plea for more money to help those facing economic hardship. What a humbug !

And I want “you” to know that, there are people out there that are angry with the untimely message, disppointed with such leadership and totally disgusted with “you” still trying to take side even till now.

We are just as tire of you nonsense did “you” realise that as well?

And so certain people have egos don’t they?

How about other certain people’s pride?

This incident TOTALLY make me so disgusted with certain people

I want you to know that this is a sentence and it ends with a fullstop.

This untimely episode just cast an indelible wound on those who work so hard to get the sports to this level after a 48 years!! What the heck about egos and personal interest in putting people down w/o even consulting. Is this what a good government should be? I am totally disgusted by the manner things are handle by all these arrogant politicians. It just point out the future of Singapore in the long run: relationship tensed, friendship gone and finally Sinkapore.

No wonder our relations with the neigbours always up and down… it really have something to do with EQ.. which most of our generation and MP lack… (example u know who!!)

  6. lets_move_on 27 August 2008

it’s more than people getting tired, egos getting bruised, emotional tears rolling.

it’s a MP that clearly doesn’t understand how best to manage tough decision and how best to execute on it.

and stop using ‘Let’s move on’.

  7. Sweet words 27 August 2008

Indeed it is the Citizens who are bruised by this play play game of PAP politicians…
Next – move on ? Another episode ?
    Aother pay rise ?
Come on …..not all Singaporeans are not born yesterday.

  8. Vivian Balakrishnan is an idiot and has a bad habit of uttering nonsense. He disguises his stupidity by trying to speak with an intellectual flair and that is what endears him to LKY and LHL. Other than that, he has no substance so don’t bother paying attention to what he says.

Following his famous speech in parliment on the liberalisation of bar top dancing, many Singaporeans are still waiting for him to tell us exactly how many people have “died” from incidences related to bar top dancing.

I am really surprised that LKY and LHL find him of above average intellect and worthy to be part of the PAP inner circle. Like the rest of his peers in the cabinet, he is of poor quality.

Following his “calm down” order, ST has toned down its articles. I’ve not checked Today yet, but it’s probably the same over there.
