    Is the definition of average waiting time clear? Averaged over bus arrival interval or per passenger? Those are very different.

  3. How about from the interchange? If the next bus starts 3 mins immediately after the 1st one left, passengers waiting for the bus in other bus stops would not have to wait too long. I stayed near a bus interchange & noticed certain buses takes up to 15 mins before starting when the previous ones left.

    members of the public and TOC viewers should help use their video cams or cell phone cams to film if indeed it becomes 3 minutes or less and also demand the definition of

    1. Busy stations – what KPI determines if a station is Busy or not busy in a clear way?

    2. High peak periods – how high is high? is there peak period and high peak
    period?

    The layman brudder boo boo tells us to QUESTION everything to protect ourselves. We owe it to ourselves. QUESTION! Demand answers!
