人生自古谁无死,留取丹心照汗青

这两句诗的意思,是说自古以来,人终不免一死!但死得要有意义,倘若能为国尽忠,死后仍可光照千秋,青史留名。

English interpretation of the above Chinese sentence:

There is no escape from death. What is important is preserving a burning loyal heart shining down the history book.

There are many Christians in Singapore but few of them are like JBJ.

He fights for the cause of the poor, the down-cast, the down-trodden. His sense of justice, righteousness, defence against injustice is admirable.

JBJ is so unlike the PAP politicians who are in it for the money and rewards. There is none in the PAP that can come close to him.

The spirit of JBJ lives on and in the coming general elections many in the PAP will be soundly defeated.
