It will be zero sum:

The PAP always maintained that it maintained tough laws for the greater good of public safety, law and order and attracting foreign investors and MNCs. Is this rationale really good or bad ? Does it does more harm than good ? Is the PAP's school of thought misguided ? Is the fight to a strong competitive economy and a harmonious society really a zero sum game ??? These are questions that I want to ask all of you for feedback - questions that go way back since Singapore's turbulent independence .
