This was expected last year itself, present team has little clue on professional fundraising, and their expenses have shot up with no major internal controls on rising costs. just speak with the clinical staff and you will get the real picture.
the fact that they added inexperienced duds to head the dialysis centers and also many other departments and pay them ridiculously high wages, exposes their ignorance and lack of expertise in managing the dialysis program. why should the present lady ceo get more than sgd 200,000 per year? reduce the salaries of the top 20 management staff and retrench unwanted supervisory staff, nkf will save the 1 million dollars deficit. the only good outcome of the saga has been the benefit to patients. they are most happy now with less financial burden.
