A Shanghai-based national institution, the China Executive Leadership Academy Pudong (CELAP) is funded by the central government to train future leaders.

Singapore’s Civil Service College has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with CELAP to enhance cooperation on research and course development.

    At this rate of development, Singapore will importing Chinese talents to run our civil service. In 10 to 20 years time, Singapore will officially become a Chinese colony. That is what LKY meant by golden years ahead. Golden years for him, his family and his affiliates after they have betrayed Singapore to better themselves.
