Hi, this is very helpful!! Thanks a lot.. May this pandemic crisis would be gone as soon as possible!!
Most of any prevention is Common Sense (a very rare resource, i noticed) and an overall “high” standard of hygiene.
I attended day conference in 5-Star Hotels along Orchard Road recently and noticed (again) that rest room cleaners roll BY HAND toilet paper onto half used rolls (to avoid leaving replacement rolls in the stalls in case people “steal” them?) and for years I had discussions with cleaners at hawker centres , condominiums and cleaning personel in the CBD offices about the same ridiculous and unhygienic practices.
Grooming sessions in public transport, girls and women re-applying make-up rather then washing hands after going to the loo, in most supermarkets a policy to use gloves for handling food – but only 1 pair a day, to be used for cleaning as much as food handling purposes…,- a serious lack of bins in most public parks and shopping centres, etc
every time I point issues out to a government body concerned , I face ignorance or I am told that they have an ENFORCEMENT issue??
As an example: the buses are dirty and too cold (19 C) and the practice of running bus engines while drivers are on a break of 12-20 min in a Businterchange – waste of fuel and MASSIVE pollution – I get told that they have been telling the operators but lack co-operation?..?
Sadly, pandemics and other serious health risks are the ONLY opportunity to clean and maintain public spaces and shape up… briefly
Gabriela
i remember being scared of getting infected by H1N1 during the height of the pandemic. at least two of my classmates got infected by H1N1.
Thank you so much for providing individuals with an extremely splendid chance to read from here. It’s always so ideal and also stuffed with fun for me personally and my office friends to visit your blog more than three times weekly to see the newest secrets you have. Not to mention, I am just always astounded for the beautiful techniques served by you. Certain 3 points in this posting are truly the simplest I have ever had.
An impressive share, I just given this onto a colleague who was doing a bit of similar evaluation on this. He actually bought me breakfast because I found it for him.. smile.
