LITIGANTS thinking of taking their civil suits all the way to the Court of Appeal will now have to stump up a bigger sum of money before they can do so… The Supreme Court said … the fee, known as security for costs, will be doubled to $20,000 from Aug 31.

    our National Day celebration has gotten “a little” darker by the day.

    this may be among the string of significant events ushering the long dark eclipse of S’pore’s future.

    like the bright & shortlived fireworks leaving a trail of dark mist that lingers in the air… :(

  7. Reminded me of my encounter with the beloved traffic police. I got a ticket for beating a red light, caught on camera, I asked to see the photo, Traffic Police replied, can see photo but it cost $120 to see the photo, and after that I still have to pay the $120 fine.

    So LL and pay the fine lor.
