the annual In-camp Training (&amp; for some the fitness penalty) liable up to certain age or 10 years really puts men at a disadvantage career wise.

this is where S&#039;pore as a country is being held back from realising her full potential, and this is where Hong Kong, being part of China now has an edge, because their men can commit 100% to his work. 

closer to the ground i wonder how the govt is working with the private sector to ensure disruptions to daily operations can be further ironed out....</description>
