This is one way to ensure that the ministers are always connected to the ground and stay committed to the people the MPs are representing. Instead, in this instance, our MPs are too shocked to discover that the minister was more acceding that they had feared him to be. What kind of MPs do we have that fear the ministers? How are they going to speak for the people they represent? Is this the reason why Khaw decided to start his own blog since he now knows that these blockheads are not going to do him any good in getting connected to the ground? Or is Khaw attempting to paint himself more important than he is by putting down his fellow MPs? MPs are supposed to shock the ministers with questions posed on the people’s behalf.
