The future of human-computer interaction (and possibly mobile phones)

MIT students discovered how to turn a typical LCD into a low-cost 3-D gestural computing system. Users activate controls on the display by touching the screen but as soon as they lift their finger off the screen, the system interprets their gestures. As a result, the display device becomes a giant sensor capable of telling where your hands are and how far away from the screen they are.

    Those MIT students, they are all brotherhood. A similar technology already exist it is called mindscape. That has been around for the last 2 years, so this is nothing new, as usual, they are good as repackage old as new.

    Dont believe me go and ask the liaison officer, he will deny it of course, but we know this to be the case.
