It is affordable..if you are goin to marina centre to gamble….
wah lau..now enlarge into a bigger central buisness district?
nabei..
1st you bloomin lta lots make orchard road so expensives from erp gates to carparkins..now you enlarged central buisness districts?
what next forced all of us peasants to migrate to palua ubin or tekkong island is it?
I think they want us to avoid the ERP gantrys once it reach critical mass singapore is for singaporeans [those who can't afford] to stop driving their vehicles, thus forcing them to take the sampans and boats instead here, there and around of singapore…but does that mean there will be a SERP [Sea Electronic R Pricing]…lol…then want we grow wings and fly is it….reaching idiotic levels in singapore just to make more indirect taxes.
oh well….insignificant hope LTA realise it in time…before we really reach that stage, they will realise it is another screw up and will reverse the growth of the ERP..
I wunder if any of these policy makers realise actually how much of these screw up policies are contributing/affecting “the not seen investment/investors coming to singapore” and how much it play in the decision of these overseas investors in moving on to another “cheaper” country…and is opportunity cost to singapore long term viability…as well as the new potential job created that will be lost too.

The government is not making it faster, cheaper and better to do business here. Always focusing on its own bottom line.
Its expensive to go to work in CBD and shop in Orchard Rd.
