It is smart that they are separating the civil service from the political party.

I trust the civil service, but they seem to be becoming the eunuchs of a dynastic power. Like ancient china, the people in public service did at best what they could to help they dynasty, but the emperor and eunuchs became too detached and too power-wielding.

These latest ideas of Singapore on renewable energy, Jurong island, pharmaceuticals park – are they from our PAP leaders or are they from the bonded civil servants in stat boards trying to make ends meet?

Opposition could try change the mindset of the public to help separate in their minds the ruling PAP from the stat boards (whom i think the later are really the ones keeping the country going).

Wow, TOC is finally back up after Hilary Clinton made the speech that her USA govt is willing to sponsor high tech tools to enable sites like TOC & TR to be up & running from PAP or hackers attacks.

Come on TOC go & get the money from USA govt to beef up security!

Though new media cannot fully replace main stream media, it has the capability to put main stream media to shame. There is no clearer pictures and stories than to visit online news and even main stream journlist do come in to steal informations.

Yes, “Alternative media can’t replace traditional media”, FOR NOW.

Let me explain this clearer and simpler.

IF there is a complete overhaul, overnight,
Alternative Media CAN! replace the MSM.

Its not if this is technically, scientifically, financially, economically feasible. It IS possible. Its a CHOICE niah. As simple as that.
