We have made good progress in the past in our productivity drive and that is why we have been able to move our economy forward and have good jobs for many Singaporeans.

    OMG, another U-turn from pap.

    i thot they just admitted productivity has been falling and therefore we shld be concentrating on elevating it with budget 2010.

    teo shld perhaps start reading his own party’s propaganda papers…

  3. Our national productivity has been negative for the last few years after all the past successful productivity drives. I believe you are driving it in the wrong direction.

    This from the man who did nothing significant, left the Ministry of Education declaring it “ship shape” only to have his replacement Mr Tharman flip everything after that.

    If you don’t even have the guts to offer your citizens an assurance of minimum wage, you have no right asking for “cheaper, better, faster”

    you said made good productivity . So, why now need more productivity? not enough productivity is it? but so many foreigners occupied jobs here at least in the last 4 years.
