    Just give a few example, never provide statistics to show the real picture at all.
    Next time the people want to buy/sell house the HDB must ask the property agent submit a 10 page recommendation report on the financial health of the buyer and seller. And the bank loan officer countersign.

    Really. You have never been poor before to know what it is like. You think giving $330 is a great thing? We are no crutch mentality – but we really got no road to go already. Really.
