From the Workers’ Party’s website
Have you heard people say that your vote is not secret? The short answer is that individual votes cannot be traced, unless an order of court is obtained under very specific circumstances.
Below are some frequently asked questions about the voting process.
Q: Why does the election official call out my name and voter number at the polling station before giving me the ballot paper? I find it unsettling.
A: This is required under the Parliament Elections Act. Calling out you name and number enables the representatives of political parties at the polling station to verify and cross out your name on their registers. This is a transparent process to help both the ruling and opposition parties in 2 ways – to check against double-voting by any voter, and to tally the total number of votes and the number of ballot papers issued out at the close of voting.
Q: Why must the ballot papers have serial numbers?
A: This is a good way to guard against election fraud such as bringing counterfeit ballot papers into the polling station, vote impersonation or basing ballot papers which have been marked by others. We are not the only country in the world to have ballot papers numbered.
Q: After I have cast my vote, what happens to it?
A: After the close of polls at 8 pm, the votes are sealed and moved to the counting centres where they will be counted by civil servants from different departments in the presence of the candidates and agents from both ruling party and opposition. Once counted, the votes, together with all the relevant records, the stubs of the ballot papers as well as unused ballot papers are sealed and transferred to the vault at the Supreme Court where they are kept for at least 6 months. The votes cannot be retrieved unless a court order is obtained on the ground of election fraud.
According to the Elections Department website, no court order has been issued to retrieve votes since Singapore conducted elections in 1948.
At the end of 6 months, the sealed votes and records will be transferred to an incineration plant for destruction. The whole procedure is witnessed by candidates/agents from all parties. The Workers’ Party has been present and has found the seals on the votes and records intact. The Workers’ Party is satisfied about voting secrecy.
Q: After the election, politicians started saying that certain communities / blocks supported the ruling party or the opposition party. This shows that the votes are not secret.
A: Nobody knows how each individual voted. Each polling station serves about 10-20 blocks of flats and/or a few landed housing estates. Since the counting of votes is done by polling stations, it is possible to know the overall results of each polling station, which consists of a few thousand votes. The voting results, sorted by polling stations, are accessible to all political parties contesting in that constituency. It is possible to say a particular zone of residents supported a political party by x%, but it is not possible to narrow down the level of support to a particular block or an individual. The comments of politicians may be based on ground feel and feedback.
Q: How else can you reassure me that my vote is secret?
A: The Workers’ Party has participated in every General Election since the independence of Singapore. Based on our experience, we are certain that the vote is secret.
For anyone who is still in doubt, do bear in mind that tampering with the electoral process is illegal and tantamount to breaking the law. Doing so is not in the interest of the government as its power and legitimacy will be in question and its reputation tarnished locally and internationally. The government actually has more to lose if it fails to ensure that the vote is secret.

This is wonderful, Workers Party! Great work! Keep it up!
This will pull in many more votes.
Thank you for educating the voters!
We should all also help out by explaining this to our family and friends.
MY VOTE IS FOR OPPO. WOO-HOO! WORKERS PARTY IS CONTESTING ALJUNIED!
Whether its secret of not, we cannot care now, because if we fear, we will forever feel intimated and cannot come out of our cage.
We will not have a ‘self’ and we might as be dead.
We have to act collectively. We now have confidence for we have great Opposition to lead us.
Fellow Singaporeans, vote with no fear.
Vote with your heart.
Also try to go to rallies by both sides of the parties fighting for your area.
then take sometime to think…
Listen up Singaporean !
1) If you allow pap to use OUR money to bride & threaten you that your estate will not be upgraded if you vote opposition, you will be forever be under their control. This is an old dirty trick. We must not fall for it this time. Pap is our future alright, but misearable future.
2) If you are worried that your vote is not secret, the above explain everything ! Your vote is absolutely secret!
3) For civil servants. Don’t worry, no one will know who you vote. I know many civil servants who voted for opposition and nothing happen to them. So don’t be selfish and think only for yourself. You children may not be holding civil post. If you are concern of the future of your children, relatives and friends, vote for opposition as alternative voices of the parliament.
4) For new citizens, what you are voting is also for the future of you children too. You have seen how the Singaporean citizens suffer under pap rule. It may happen to you later. Do you want that to happen to your children? Vote for more voices in the parliament and you and your children’s future will be protected.
Great . This help remove fear from civil servants or employee of glc who wanted to vote for opp. Good move
The main reason to vote for the opposition this time round is that otherwise, you and your descendents may never get to vote again in the future.
For those who think that it doesn’t matter whether they or their descendants ever get to vote again in the future, get used to not voting even earlier, by not voting in these elections even.
People who vote for the PAP out of fear of reprisal is sickening & cowardly. I will still vote against the PAP even if my vote is not secret. Yes, I am openly declaring that I do not agree with PAP’s policies & do not want PAP in power anymore because it is my rights to do so & I refuse to betray my conscience out of fear or greed.
To be bluntly honest, I , a true blue singaporean of many decades, know how exactly a typical singaporean thinks.
Like it or not, Bishan Citizens WILL vote for PAP even if they agree with ALL Opposition supporter’s views.
The reason is simply their flat price.
They illogically FEAR their precious flat will collapse in price.
Singaporeans, being Singaporeans, are like this, typically. PhD or no PhD.
Ability to regurgitate and memorise or study does not mean you are not a KIA SI.
Many singaporeans ARE KIA SI. Who like to disagree? Who CAN disagree?
There is no Comraderie.
Its all man for himself. This is the Value System.
I am a Citizen who knows the typical singaporean inside out. And, you know what? I am forking ASHAMED to be a citizen.
Loose SANDs.
Referring to the Question:”After the election, politicians started saying that certain communities / blocks supported the ruling party or the opposition party. This shows that the votes are not secret.”
I guess the ability to allow the PAP to understand which polling stations or which group of blocks are pro PAP or pro opposition. This probably allowed the PAP to redraw GRC boundaries to suit themselves in the next GE!!! How undemocratic!!
Why not be fare to everyone, mix it all up when counting… No one should be at anyway be linked. Also this mean that PAP cannot redraw GRC as they will not have information on which block are pro PAP or opposition.
Must change this rule or else, next GE for sure to redraw GRC boundary again.
Opposition supporters, you need to bring people who still haven’t heard the Opp parties’ views to the Opp rallies. Don’t keep going to the rallies by yourself as you will take up the precious space neede by those who need to hear these views.
The newspapers are NOT REPORTING everything. But as Citizen Jounalist, we get to deliver the full picture.
Hear the full RALLY of each party LIVE, UNCUT, UNCENSORED at http://www.singaporematters.com TONIGHT and hear the other story
Like it or not, many singaporeans will ignore the social problems just so , just so that their HDB price will continue to go up thanks to the PRs buying resale flats.
Like it or not, its True Blue Singaporeans who will go Against the Opposition Supporters who reject the system.
Like it or not, in a democracy, the minority will just have to suck it up hard, and continue to live in a system we REJECT. We just have to ENDURE living in this system. We have a choice but the opposition opposers who are also True Blue Singaporeans are also going to vote against our will.
We just have to live in a system we REJECT, DISAPPROVE and thus we do not feel a sense of pride as a citizen and we dun feel a sense of belonging.
We need to redefine what is a true blue singaporean. The only way to ensure we win now is to go out there and wake up people especially strangers who are Apathetic, Ignorant, Naive, Blind Trusting and UnQuestioning fools.
As a senior civil servant working in the government sector since I graduated from NUS, I am definitely sure that voting is secret! I have been receiving my promotion and annual increment without prejudice. If voting is not secret, I am probably still a junior grade civil servant after 20 years in service!
The incumbent had more to lose if they failed to ensure the secrecy of voting as this will invite the unwanted attention and possible sanction by watchful international bodies and countries who have been waiting to interfere in the national matters of Singapore.
Stop fooling yourself, fellow Singaporeans. Cheers!
I’ve another article that deals with this non-partisan issue. Both PAP and alternative party supporters should know that their votes are secret.
http://jeffyen.blogspot.com/2011/04/debunking-your-vote-is-not-secret-myth.html
Sure, the vote is secret – but are you forgetting that the credit for that is to the govt…. If they actually wanted, they could easily make sure that EVERY vote cast could be traced to the voter and make him pay the consequences….
Of course, no one thinks about that… right?
Yes, spread it fast and furious among all voters!
In the olden days, rumors that PAP knows voters votes was spreading like wild fire! I need many of whom voted PAP out of FEAR !
I am sure, today younger generations are FEARLESS !!
Like it or not, some are still reluctant to vote the opposition in for fear that their house prices will be depressed as a result of being in an opposition ward. It’s exasperating trying to convince them that it is not so. A case in point is my very own brother who lives in Aljunied and is fearful of that should the opposition gets voted in, their house value will decline!!!
There is no greater fear than fear itself!!
Trust your instincts, make the right decision!
We need checks and balances..this is Prudent Thinking!
yes votin is secret..let alone surfin the database for updates
even the great immigration department in the aeroport/seaport/cookpot/crackpot…
couldn’t updates mas sala status
and who is mas sala?
numero UNO fugitive in singapoor
ow he endup in malaysia is way way beyon OUR super duper hightech multimillion$ dollar$ equipment…
so forget the ole myth where the RC dogs would scare you..you vote against the pap
you would surely die..
hav you seen me DEAD yet? not that i am afraid to..as a matter if/when i dropped DEAD..its a blessin to me…
Can we complaint to United Nations?
Someone is threatening voters!
Big Bully!
Thank you WP for educating the public.
If our votes are ever not private, then I wonder why are we having a democracy in the first place, when people are fearful to exercise their voting rights?
Sylvia is doing a wonderful job trying to get the message to the educated.
But far more of the FEARFUL are the lowly- or not-educated.
HER message URGENTLY need to be translated into dialects and minority languages and disseminated through You-Tube and internet-savvy grand-children of these folks.
Dr.Chee Hokkein Video has 136,000 views and counting.
Voting may be secret, but are all our post here in TOC secret since it is now gazetted?
I know posting in TR is definitely secret cos their website is still under attack and non accessible mostly but TOC is always accessible. Strange.
TOC, please enlighten.
The fear is there for the First Time Voters. The procedure of voting may frighten the first time voters.
It happened to me many years ago. I wanted to vote for opposition then. But when I saw some girl writing some number on the register, it frightened me that they could trace my vote. I was working for the statutory board then. I went into the booth and voted for PAP.
When I got back home, my cousin asked me were you frightened that you changed your vote. I said yes! He too changed his vote at the last minute.
Now that I am older, I am wiser. There is no need to be afraid! We should not be frigtened anymore!
For the best of future for our children, there is a Need to Change for a Better Singapore without Fear!
To the First Time Voters, vote without Fear!
Who care whether voting is secret of now.. You are exerting your right.
Only the timid and useless one will be afraid.
Your future will be like a dark cloud if you still pretend PAP look after you.
You get peanuts and they get 8 months of bonus!! You paid thousans of dollars in medical fees and our health minister pad only S$8
Who benefit the most from HDB flat price goes up?
Answer: HDB under Ministry of National Development, and under Mah Bow Tan.
HDB builds new HDB flat.
1. If sell new flat at average $100k higher compared to 10 years ago, and HDB builds 20,000 new flat for past few years.
Extra money: 20000 x $100k = $2 billion
2. If sell new flat at $150k higher,
Extra money: 20000 x $150 = $3 billion
This is the reason that Mah Bow Tan doesn’t
want to see HDB flat going down.
If 20000 new unit can lower the price for past few years, then build 40000/80000 new units to bring down the price.
SLA and HDB are all under PAP government.
They should know what to do TOGETHER, in order to deal with HDB price.
TOGETHER is one of the word in PAP slogan..
The education system was all along elite system but moral and ethics is all along second placed. Nothing wrong with elite and meritocracy, but when moral and Ethics are lost, this main group of people will be naturally more ruthless and not consider long Term. So from 1980s until now, the pappies is focused more elites for some many years. And army retired pap candidates are only yes man.
Now with traditional media being biased to pappies and outnumbers onliners. Grc and electorate biased to pappies. Cooling day biased to pappies. Pappies will not lose the elections.
What lky did not think is the day when pappies are overthrown in Many years later the biasing tools did them much more harm than the empire rulers can imagine, as the people feedback system is distorted or lost, because their no moral is to win and control, made people pay and pay, and then people feeling more piss and piss. Until the day their children suffers even more via vicious cycle. Oh yes by then they might be comfortably retired and loaded. But who know?
The odds of opp getting 40% is strong.
That would mean that about 1,000,000 people, yes one million people, voted opposition.Do you think that even if they know who you are, they are going to blacklist one million people.
And for what?
The FEAR IS IN THE HEAD!
Stop fearing your own shadow!
@1,000,000 strong is right. It takes TOO much labour and TOO much money to trace 1M people and then go and blacklist them.
Come on, PAP so-o-o stingy with the people and don’t care about us, instead they prefer we just go and die. You think they will spend money on this?! If they blacklist us, they don’t earn any money for themselves! Only outgoing, no incoming for them.
Of course they will keep this money for themselves! Go straight into their big, fat pockets. Why waste money on us stupid cows and donkeys?
Moreover, as @I BELIEVE THAT VOTING IS SECRET said, he is a civil servant for over 20 years and voted Oppo but nothing bad has happened to him. He received all his promotions, annual increments, etc.
DO NOT FEAR THE SERIAL NUMBERS. YOUR VOTE IS SECRET AND SAFE.
Very good explanation at WP’s website. Please read up the Q&A on the subject:
http://wp.sg/wpge/your-vote-is-secret-3/
MY VOTE IS FOR OPPO. WOO-HOO! WORKERS PARTY IS CONTESTING ALJUNIED!
VOTE FOR PAP AND SCREW YOUR WHOLE FAMILY…..
VOTE FOR PAP AND SCREW YOUR WHOLE FAMILY….
VOTE FOR PAP AND SCREW YOUR WHOLE FAMILY……..
THAT IS WHAT YOUR PARENTS AND GRANCOKONG DID, THEY SCREWED YOU AND ME
AFTER ELECTION, BE PREPARED FOR NO JOB, OR GET FIRED…..
AFTER ELECTION, BE PREPARED FOR NO HOUSE…….FOREIGNERS ARE GIVEN FIRST CHOICE…..
AFTER ELECTION BE PREPARED TO PAY HIGH, REPEAT, “PAY HIGH PRICES” FOR EVERYTHING…….
BE PREPARED FOR LIFE IN HELL…………
Regarding the claim that flat prices in Oppo constituencies will collapse. This is RUBBISH!
As @HDBFlat_Pricing pointed out, the govt wants flat prices to remain high so that THEY themselves can make money!
Prices are already high now. Let’s say, your flat’s value is $1M. Do you feel like a millionaire? Do you live like a millionaire? No. You are still living in the same flat, no change. Still living the same life. You can feel the $1M only if you sell your flat. Then where are you going to stay? You have to buy another place, right? If you buy a same-size flat, it’s around the same price. If you buy a lower-priced flat, which is also expensive, you get a smaller place.
So what do you want? Stay in your million-dollar flat but don’t feel like a millionaire, or sell your million-dollar flat and downgrade to a smaller unit and STILL don’t feel like a millionaire? Either way, it’s the same. You cannot liquidate your flat’s value. And if prices keep on climbing, you won’t even have this option.
And don’t forget, you can sell your million-dollar flat and buy another one only if you still have a job. If no job, cannot pay your mortgage. Nowadays, many Singaporeans are losing their jobs to the FTs. Look around you and ask around. You never know when it may be your turn.
MY VOTE IS FOR OPPO. WOO-HOO! WORKERS PARTY IS CONTESTING ALJUNIED!
THE TIME HAS COME FOR ALL SINGAPOREANS TO TAKE OWNERSHIP OF WHAT OUR FOREFATHERS HAVE BUILT FOR US….
WE THE CITIZENS OF SINGAPORE HAVE EVERY RIGHT TO SUPPORT THE CAUSE OF DEMOCRACY IN ITS TRUE FORM…
SO STAND UP BRAVE LIONS OF SINGAPORE AND VOTE FOR YOUR RIGHTS…THE TIME IS NOW!!!!!
I offer an Easy solution for ALL Opposition Leaders :
The best and safest way to control the PUBLIC housing price if the PEOPLE vote for you is to 1st stop ANY price Escalation.
This is the safest and best way to win votes.
MBT you can run but you cannot hide.
We are coming after you.
Your flat value is only on paper and only benefits the PAP govt.
Anyway, your flat doesn’t belong to you. It belongs to the govt, you only lease the flat. One day they will take it back. You think they will pay you the market value then? No way! PAP govt is too clever and too greedy. They will never pay this price. They will find some way to pay you a dirt-cheap price.
Why are prices so high now? Because of 2 things:
(1) Govt started to peg prices of new flats to open market value, so as to make money. The aim of HDB now is to make money, no more to provide a roof overhead for Singaporeans.
(2) Govt now allows PRs to buy HDB flats. They did this because they purposely want open market prices to climb, so that they can sell new flats at open market value and make money.
With so many FTs/PRs let in by the govt, of course the demand for housing increases and prices go up. As long as the FTs/PRs keep coming in, prices will keep going up.
And don’t forget also that all PRs have jobs here. Or else, they won’t even be here. Those with jobs can service their loans, those without cannot. Worse, these FTs/PRs are directly competing with us for jobs or they take over our jobs. They are cheaper to hire and have no NS obligations. As a result, many Singaporeans will end up jobless. So how to buy a flat?
Flat prices are due to the govt deliberately causing and allowing open market value to climb. They are NOT due to whether a constituency is under PAP or Oppo; this has no bearing at all.
Even Oppo constituencies will have flats with sky-high values because PAP govt policies apply to the whole of Singapore, and as long as PAP controls HDB. Prices may or may not drop only if Oppo takes over the WHOLE govt, but that is unlikely at this time.
MY VOTE IS FOR OPPO. WOO-HOO! WORKERS PARTY IS CONTESTING ALJUNIED!
Trouble is, one person had made our life so fearful after what he has done to the dis-senting voices and opposition and used our courts to “KILL” the person’s will to live. So, today, we have a nation of young that has no fight, no challenge, no imagination and that person and his stooges claim, “our young must be apathetic to politics”, what a contradiction.
Trouble is the sing dollar appreciate too fast and furious. Is it good for us, you better think. Hot flow of money into any economy, closed or open, is not good as it destabilize all things.
Our trade with malaysia is more on, concrete, sand, granite, and granite in sand and compared to food, chicken, vege, eggs, pork, its this trade of building materials, that brings in the bacon for the gov, in selling of land, condo fees and fees of all kinds to gov coffers. This trade is larger than the food cost all singaporeans consumed since day one, look at HDB from 1973 onwards.
The nation has lost christmas island because of some despot, imagine if we have christmas island, our army, navy and air force cost can be saved in the billions, instead of going to australia, new zealand, taiwan, south africa for training. Imagine if christmas island is with us, our fishery can be develop, farming of all kinds can have huge potential, and recreation too. One can imagine the kind of things one can create there.
But then, we have voted in duds, with no imagination and that cost us aplenty. We have many malaysians chinese and indians and they say, “LKY is our saviour, he’s very good” taking away our jobs and creating inflation of all kinds, but never wanting to take up citizenship, why, is the jobs not good enough for your children, the ones you have taken away from locals, the HDB that you have stayed, 10-20 years, not good enough for your retirement, the buses, mrt.?
As if this person wants to show or prove to Mahathir, “look, we have created jobs and save your economy”, “your unemployment data figures by giving jobs to 600,000 malaysians”
It’s this person that think and said, singaporeans are difficult, daft, has no spike, not hungry. This person looks at us, all singaporeans as a BARRIER to his GLORY.
Now, do you want to give him your vote ??
The Massive Crowd of Opposition Supporters combined is enough to prevent FEAR from hurting our leaders, of course i mean the Opposition leaders.
This is only 1 element of the climate of fear that the PAP has cultivated. The other elements are in the fear of publicly expressing anti-PAP views. This fear is driven by the existence of the sinister ISD which is the equivalent of the East German Stasi or the KGB. There is also the fear that PAP will sue such vocal critics. Our courts and judges are independent and impeccable but the libel laws are so wide that anyone can get entangled in the web of lawsuit that the PAP spins.

Hi all responsible singaporeans,
Pappies going to win aljunied cos they control the traditional medias. They won half the battle. To help the opposition or rather our voices, or rather our own future, we should do these.
1) talk to our loved ones about manipulation and propaganda of traditional newspapers, tv and radio.
2) unite online media and promoting online through brochures or flyers, even in the rallies
3) promote distrust by doubting of traditional media of pappies monopolies even in rallies
4) unleash in rallies that the traditional media might be biased so that media are pressure to reverse situation abit
5) opposition should propose check on media and disassociate them from government linked companies and related nepotism and links and also government officer not allowed to unfair handle news
6) propose in rallies 1 minute silence to mark death of democracy
by grc and also to mark doubt about traditional media.
No wonder opposition mostly lose elections in grcs and smc due to the medias are blocked and biased. Also, they need spokesman and push up some more credible and familiar faces to the public.
Bless ourselves for the sake of next generations and ourselves

Gazebo 2 May 2011
i have said this before, and i am saying it again. this is very certainly, the last “real” Singapore election. post this election, the demographics distribution is likely to shift so far towards new citizens, that original Singaporeans (those who were citizens pre 2001 when the floodgates opened) are no longer going to be the absolute majority.
i am not xenophobic. but we have to give some serious thought to this. if we are really unhappy about the rate of immigration, and its related problems, this is truly the only chance we have to make any changes. if you believe that the rate of immigration has been too rapid, and an outrage against your citizenship, this is your only chance to speak up. if you believe that there is more to citizenship than accepting the immunity of the ruling party, you must make yourself heard now.
the stakes are really that high. this is the only chance we have for our voices to be heard. take back the parliament. it should not be a feedback unit, in which the ruling party has made it to be. just for this once, stop caving into the wanton fear mongering and propaganda. making yourself heard will not induce calamity, but will only herald a better tomorrow.
Double confirm YES Its SECRET.
The name list is just a list of names by the thousands. Its purpose is to confirm that you were present at the designated location to cast your vote. Just like teacher on excursion have to check the names of the students in the group are present that’s all. The serial number is on the voting slip just like the receipt number you get from supermarket or your provision shop nowadays everything has a serial number to ensure no fraud.
I don’t really care if it is a secret. I will vote opposition party. As a Singaporeans, I am proud of myself for doing what I wished to do without fear. I am a true-blue Singaporeans which my NS training taught me the meaning of courage and not cowardice and I stand on Singaporeans side as committed to my oath to defend them from threat and tyranny.
I had done voting – namely from developed countries.
They do not have serial numbers, not at all the ballot contains list names of candidates from various parties and No serial number at all. You just marked an “X” besides the name of the candidate.
The practise in Singapore is questionable. I really doubt about their practise. Furthermore, there is no “Calling out of Name”. This is ridiculous.
What one need to do bring an identication like driving licence to their centre where they are voting
The Electroal staff will go thru their listing. If name found – give you the ballot papers containing the list of names. It is that simple.

A few points to make;
Support TOC
———–
1) Isnt the internet a wonderful invention?
Both the older (experienced citizens) and the younger (1st time voters?) are able to come together to SHARE experiences quickly.
Its great that the TOC platform has enabled us fellow citizens to share our experiences. The citizens should find ways to continue to support TOC for the fine work they have done.
OPPOSITION HAVE TACKLED CRITICAL ISSUES
—————————————-
2)Its great to read that CRITICAL GE issues are being tackled by the opposition especially ‘your vote is secret’.
Too many voters are ‘beholden or just scared that their votes are not secret’.
Many of us I am sure have friends who have expressed their fears.I have!
Excellent that the WP has been focussed on the REAL important issues in this GE, tackling all angles from VOTING (security issue), to asking IMPORTANT questions that are relevant to voters eg what are PAP’s plans for Aljunied, win-or-lose.
In my opinion the WP is ‘On the ball’ & I am fortunate to have them in Moulmein-kallang.WP you have MY vote.
If you look at another angle “Serial Number” your article refer “ike a receipt”
Don’t you think the receipt, one can trace who the buyer or voters is? – Something to think about.
Serializing the ballot is never in Developed countries – it is agaisnt the law.
Mainstream media has a duty to convince the people that every single vote is secret. They should stress this over and over on the cooling off day. All parties should do the same before beginning and before ending each rally. Dont forget.
Upgrading Carrot $x00 million
Can upgrading carrot reduce the living pressure on raising cost on housing, transport fare, electricity, child care fee, tuition fee, car park, future GST increase ?
If you face living pressure everyday, what can upgrading carrot help ?
Does it mean use money on wrong place ?
I do not change (from resistance) by trying to change myself, even by trying to change my thoughts. The only change that matters *precedes* a change in thoughts.
many true blue singaporeans living in places like tampinese bishan and toapayoh rather believe that their property bubble wont burst than to address the problems facing the country – a LOPSIDED parliament. Lack of Transparency and Accountability. MSM control. Naive citizenry.
True blue citizens are like Dispersed Sands.
They are all selfishly thinking only for their own interest and not the interest of the People at large.
not surprising. Look at HDB residents. They are not like kampung days friends.
Why? Work, no time, installments. Scared like shit. Worthless.
is our govt AFRAID AND FEARFUL when they proclaim loudly that SINGAPOREANS are TALENTS NO ENOUGH and bring in hordes upon hordes of jobless FTs to replace us at break-neck speed?
singaporeans, even if the govt could be ASO OPEN and NOT SECRETIVE about wanting to bring in truckloads of FTs,why are you afraid to let them know that you are UNHAPPY?
VOTE CONVINCINGLY and not let ferafully.
FEAR has no place in a WISE DECSION like VOTING FOR THE RIGHT LEADERS.
My Dear Singaporeans,
I have always voted for the opposition. My promotion or job has been jeopardised. Have no fear. This is your right.
“Bravery in the face of Fear is Courage” – a quotation from Battle Star Galacica.
