全球目前笼罩在武汉冠状病毒(Covid-19)疫情的阴霾下,人人自危,就连外国警方都跑到荧幕前教导人们如何正确洗手,但是我国却还是有人将酒精消毒液当润肤乳用,“涂抹”全身上下,令人看了哭笑不得。 社交媒体上流传了一只来自外国的视频,只有短短的一分钟多,由六名身穿警察服饰的男子随着音乐起舞,教导人们如何正确的洗手。 视频中的音乐轻快,警员们虽没有美丽的身姿和仪态,却一致戴上颜色不同的口罩,用了短短的时间,示范正确的洗手方式,舞毕还比个赞,似乎在称赞学习的人们,“你真棒”,逗趣得很。 网民也纷纷按赞,还认为警员们的动作似乎模仿了韩国男子乐团Super Junior的《Sorry,Sorry》,更笑言新加坡应该可以做一个多元种族的。 然而在社交媒体上也同时流传了另一约25秒的视频,讲述一名男子似乎在使用公共场所提供的酒精消毒液,但是涂抹的部分就不只限于双手了。 视频中,一名身穿黄棕色上衣的男子使用酒精消毒液洗手后,还涂抹到颈部、双手、脸部和肚子,令人怀疑他是将消毒液代替洗澡了吧,真的令人哭笑不得。 视频是由署名Yong的读者提供,帖文中也写道,“这人是在使用酒精消毒液还是涂抹防晒油啊?”。 对此,网民的反应非常热烈,几乎都在劝导这名几乎将消毒液涂抹上半身的男子,不要接近任何有火的地方,如厨房等,否则很容易引起意外。 此外,也有网民调侃道,“他应该是以为这样就是洗澡了吧”、“他漏掉了最重要的部位”、“曾在地铁站看过一次类似情景。你不可能用肚子去靠近鼻子(或相反)来获得病毒吧?”、“怎么不喝了它,脑袋也要消毒了”。
本岛最大德士公司康福德高(ComfortDelGro),以及地铁业者分别发文告,表示将协助那些面对疫情下经济冲击的德士司机,转行开公共巴士。 SMRT文告表示,申请转行成功者,将接受培训并在该公司旗下担任巴士司机。同时也为德士司机或其他点对点服务伙伴,提供其他短期工作选项。 新捷运也表示,目前该公司有168位巴士车长,先前曾当过德士司机或私召车司机。目前有11人正接受31天的培训,预计下月开始当值。 对于有意转业的德士司机,可以领取3000元的入职花红(分三次发放)。完成培训课程后获得500元、1500元则在入行后首六个月发放、以及1000元在工作满一周年发放。 康福德高坦言,自今年1月本地传出疫情开始,德士司机就面对搭客需求下跌的问题,入境游客减少、更多人也选择在家工作。尽管公司给予租金回扣,但薪资收入仍难以维系生计。 康福德高董事经理兼集团总裁杨万成表示当前是艰难时刻,将尽力协助这些德士司机。 SMRT则表示早前已为旗下德士司机,提供总值250万元的额外租金回扣,使得该公司提供的援助总额增至480万元。 德士司机若被隔离可免租金 再者康福德高或SMRT旗下德士伙伴,若被令隔离也可获得租金豁免。SMRT的德士“援手”基金(Taxis’ Helping Hand Fund),则为那些因缺席假、隔离令或生病的的是伙伴,提供关怀和援助。 另一方面,基础建设统筹部长兼交通部长许文远,昨日透露将推出新交通大使计划,也让德士司机赚取外快,补贴因疫情而流失的收入。他们可为地铁车厢、作为和栏杆消毒,确保乘客安全距离。 难以维系,不少德士司机归还德士 早前,本社也曾报导,一名在康福德高(ComfortDelGro )工作10年的司机在脸书发文,分享他开了十年德士,最终毅然辞职。 他指出,即便享有回扣,但德士司机的租赁费用仍相当高。再者成本费用仍未包括需要扣掉燃料等开支,导致司机需要长时间接客,无法抽出任何休息时间和上厕所的时间,只为了赚取更多。
为了让公共医院保留更多资源给疾病严重的患者,49名患者在病情稳定后,已经从国家传染病中心(NCID)转至私立医院。 卫生部昨日(23日)在回复媒体询问时表示,随着武汉冠状病毒(COVID-19)疫情在全球扩散,预计我国确诊病例也会随之增加,因此欲扩充本地医院及医疗服务的应对能力。 因此,公共医院也会与私立医院合作,将病情较为稳定的病人转至私立医院,以准备为接更严重的病患。 卫生部表示,在过去三天里,国家传染病中心已先将20名病人转至泰和国际医院(Concord International Hospital),随后在将29名病人以专用救护车送往伊莉莎白医院(Mount Elizabeth Hospital)。 而这些患者目前整体情况恢复良好,所以也会留在所在的私立医院直到康复,并在24小时内接受两次检测,都需呈阴性才能出院。 卫生部也表示,公共医院的专家,包括国家传染病中心的医生,也会与私立医院的医护人员有着紧密合作,如确保他们的医疗设备和资源足够、并协助他们制定医疗和拭子测试措施、隔离措施、感染控制措施,以及出院措施。 伊丽莎白医院执行总裁杨圣明也向《今日报》透露,其他医院如鹰阁医院(Gleneagles Hospital)、伊莉莎白诺维纳医院(Mount Elizabeth Novena )以及东海岸医院(Parkway East Hospitals)也处于戒备状态,可能未来将会有更多患者被送入。
新加坡总理李显龙在脸书发文表示,我国响应世界卫生组织和联合国的号召,捐赠50万美元(约73万新元),以协助防疫武汉冠状病毒(COVID-19)疫情。 有关捐款将投入世卫的战略预防和应对计划(Strategic Preparedness and Response Plan),以减缓病毒的传播,并支援那些处于弱势的国家,侦测和隔离病例。 “病毒疫情乃是全球问题,没有国家可独善其身,反之必须作为全球社群共同协作。” 他感谢世卫总干事谭德塞和其团队,在这场全球危机的不懈努力。 “新加坡将继续与世卫和联合国合作,以克服这场全球疫情。”
昨日(23日),新加坡卫生部公布我国新增54起武汉冠状病毒(Covid-19)确诊病例,其中48起都属入境病例,这些确诊者分别到过英国、马来西亚、荷兰、爱尔兰、印尼、美国、法国、瑞士等地。 卫生部指出,除了一名23岁新西兰女子,其余47人都是从海外返国的新加坡公民、长期准证或工作准证持有者。 单日新增确诊创下新高也引起本地居民的担忧。在本月18日和本月21日,单日新增病例都达到47例。 卫生部提供的简表仅列出确诊日期、确诊者性别、身份和年龄、曾到过的国家、与其他病患关联等,不过更为具体的详情如:待在国外的时间、何时入境我国、何时出现症状,以及回国后是否有到过哪里、是否有回去上班、曾到哪看诊,或待在何处等,则没有进一步透露。 卫生部是从本月18日开始,以简表方式呈现新增确诊病例资料。早前则在文告中详述部分确诊病例的资讯。 一名53岁男公民曾接触病故印尼富商 根据卫生部资料,其中一名昨日新增确诊病患,53岁的男公民(第509例),曾接触早前不幸在新加坡病故的印尼富商。后者是第212例病患。 上述53岁男公民同样也曾到过印尼,3月23日确诊。至于他在何时接触过212例,则不得而知。 212例是64岁的印尼富商,于本月13日抵达新加坡后,即被送入重症监护室。在21日早上10点左右出现严重并发症,不幸离世。 五起病患有关联或有家属关系 而从昨日新增确诊病例,也发现至少五起病患与早前病例有关联,或有家属关系。 除了上述曾接触印尼富商的病例,本社对照早前病例资料,发现昨日新增的第475例(22岁女公民),曾接触本月21日确诊的423例。两人都曾到过爱尔兰。第423例是24岁男公民。 至于第481例(37岁女性永久居民),则是早前440例的家属。后者是55岁男公民,两人都曾到过英国。 至于第491例(22岁男公民),则曾接触第269例。后者是19岁女公民,两者都曾到过英国。 至于468例和495例,则是家属关系,他们都曾到过英国。 以下为昨日新增相互关联/有家属关系的病例: 备注:NCID(国家传染病中心) 病例 确诊 日期 入住 医院 年龄 性别与 国籍 旅游史...
日前,人力部发表文告呼吁雇主必须实施安全距离措施,如情况允许应尽可能让员工在家办公,预防疫情传染。针对没有遵守指示的工作场所,人力部也严厉采取执法行动,共发出13张停工令,并下令采取八项补救措施。 人力部昨日发表声明,其视察对象包括工人群体聚集场所如工厂、建筑工地、造船工厂等。在首日执法,人力部便发出13张停工令与八项补救措施,直至进行整改前,其停工令与补救措施都生效。 最后,人力部也呼吁雇主在非常时期,尽可能为员工安排在家办公,尤其是针对弱势员工如年长或怀孕的员工。 若无法为员工安排在家办公,则需分开员工座位或工作场所的距离、缩短其互动与接近的时间、推迟非必要事务、实施轮班或分组安排等。 而人力部也会持续执行执法行动,对于不遵守安全距离指示的工作场所采取严厉行动。
