人力部宣布,自本周五(20日)晚间11点59分起,所有欲返新的工作准证持有者,在返新前必须获得人力部批准。 随着我国昨日(18日)起实施新的边境限制措施,人力部表示,从任何国家返新的工作证持有者将受到新的措施影响。该措施包括现有的工作证持有者,以及原则上已获得批准的工作证持有者。 此外,所有允许入境的工作证持有者也将接获强制性14天的居家通知(SHN)。雇主必须上网为员工提出申请,而且在申请期间必须向人力部申报当局已为受影响的员工安排适合的住处进行居家隔离。同时,员工在抵达新加坡后,必须向机场工作人员出示人力部的信函。 被居家通知的员工也不允许离开居住地,一旦发现发烧或其他呼吸系统疾病症状,将会被密切观察,并立即就医。 员工若在居家通知期间若没有获得雇主的协助,可以向人力部投诉。 另一方面,人力部自上月18日以来,为受影响的企业员工提供援助计划,如今该援助计划也将会涵盖雇主也将可申请援助,自雇人士也是如此。 符合资格者可为每名受影响员工获得申请每日100元的津贴。但如果这些员工或自雇人士在居家通知期间可在家工作,则不能申请津贴。
疫情的肆虐已引起各国的警戒,马国两周前的大城堡清真寺万人伊斯兰传教士(Tabligh)大集会,迄今已有500人确诊感染,促使马国“锁国”防疫,然而仍有数千名穆斯林如今仍聚集在印尼参加集会,引发疫情扩散的忧虑。 《路透社》报道,本周三印尼望加锡省附近的戈瓦市正展开相关活动的集会,集会组织者和地方官员表示,相关活动已开跑,但地方警察局长则宣称,他正在做最后的努力,说服他们取消活动。 询及是否会出现传染风险时,主办方成员称,“我们更害怕真主,因为我们仅仅是人类,我们害怕疾病和死亡,除了身体,但我们的身心更需要的是我们的灵魂。” 地方官员撒尼表示,主办方目前已拒绝当局提出延迟集会的正式请求。他估计,已有8千695人目前正在戈瓦参加集会,而且难以叫停集会。 他表示,“还会有更多人来到集会,从泰国、阿拉伯、印度和菲律宾人等。” 马国宗教集会成最大感染群 邻国马来西亚于前两周,在吉隆坡举行伊斯兰传教士大集会,共吸引了1万6千人参加。马来西亚确诊病例如今激增790宗,其中有三分之二病例,都和该集会有关。 与此同时,汶莱目前也确认了50例感染病例,其他国家如泰国、柬埔寨、菲律宾、新加坡等地区也出现相关确认病例。 其两场集会均使用同一个社交媒体账号宣传活动,其中一个脸书账号也显示了印度伊斯兰传教士地瓦拉(Sheikh Maulana Ibrahim Dewla)周二离开吉隆坡机场,准备前往印尼出席上述活动。 也有照片显示,男子在印尼集会现场搭建了巨型帐篷,表示他们很早就从海湾国家赶来提供协助。 多方劝阻下终于展延 路透社报道,此次印尼集会的宣传资料上显示,“与来世相比,现世的生活本就微不足道。” 据了解,上述集会在今日经多方劝阻下,主办方终于同意展延活动。
