日前,有网民在昨日(18日)下午5点,位于Kallang Junction 的十字路口中,拍摄到三辆的电动滑板车在路上大摇大摆行驶,还闯红灯的。 视频内可见,当时网民正在等待红绿灯,突然三辆电动滑板车呼啸而过,而且还闯红灯拐左,其速度也如同一般摩托车,而视频则由当时的车内录像所拍摄下来,随后将视频上传到Road.sg上。 Road.sg也呼吁,活跃通勤执法人员应采取更强硬的手段制止个人代步工具在路上行驶。 根据《活跃通勤法》,目前只有摩托车、电动辅助自行车(PAB)以及自行车可以上路,电动滑板车是禁止上路的。 由于电动滑板车造成的事故意外频传,而自11月5日,电动滑板车也只能在自行车道或公园联道上行驶。 有关禁令目前尚处于缓冲期,而在2020年1月将会正式实施,违规者将被罚款不超过2000元,或不超过三个月的监禁。 此外,民众在日后也被要求通过理论测试,且只有年满16岁,才能够使用电板车,而16岁以下的孩子,则需要受到成人的监护。 针对电动滑板车上路,有关当局也会派出执法人员严格执行禁令。近日,勿洛蓄水池路一名执法人员在发信号指示电动滑板车停车时,却遭骑士避开,而执法人员最终冲上前,飞踢电动滑板车骑士截停,导致骑士倒在马路旁。 该名执法人员目前已被停职,陆路交通管理局已透过脸书公告,已联同警方和策安公司展开调查。 视频出来后也引起网友的讨论,部分网友搞笑表示应该将遭停职的执法人员复工,让他可以使用他的“无影脚”,飞踢这些骑士。 网友 Jeff Yeo : 由于最近的飞踢事件,应该给执法人员配上华为mate 30 pro 手机,然后拍下来,什么都不用做 网友:这些其实应该“被飞踢”,让他们从电动滑板车上滚下来 网友Tang Poh Hong : 这些人真的应该被执法人员踢一踢,你觉得当你叫他们停下来,他们真的会乖乖停下来...
半夜三更在街道上大喊大闹,闹得后港八巷居民都不得安宁。 在脸书群组All Singapore Stuff上,有署名 Poh的网民提供了一段52秒的视频,显示后港八巷其中一条街上,在凌晨2时所发生的事件。 视频相信是从组屋楼层拍摄,依稀只见有两个个人代步工具停放在路旁,疑似有人扭打成一团。 其中有一人忽然跑开数步,不久就见一辆黑色的轿车停在路旁,似乎在和他们交流。跟着,也有一名路人走近他们。 视频分享至今还不到一天,但是已经有2万4000人看过,且有网民表示类似事件在其他地区都曾发生过。 有网民分享自身经历,大约一年前,其位于实龙岗3巷的邻居夫妻也常常在半夜吵架,从凌晨2时开始吵到早上7时,导致全部住宅区居民都能听到。“他们最后在两名警察到来后,才停止吵架。”
日前,实里达快速公路发生恐怖车祸,一名45岁摩托车骑士不幸丧命。事故恐怖画面被拍摄下来,事后在社交媒体流传。警方、死者家属以及社工组织则呼吁,网友停止流传事发时的骇人照片和视频。 意外发生在本月16日早上8点39分左右,朝武吉知马快速公路(BKE)方向,靠近汤申路上段出口的实里达快速公路(SLE)路段。 事发时,死者的摩托车惨遭重型拖车碾压,身体惨遭断成两截,而骑士则被拖车拖了一段路,现场血肉模糊,当场惨死。 警敦促勿转发视频 事发后,警方也敦促民众勿传播骇人的画面,但似乎无法停止网民的行为,瞬间在网络上流传开来,该事故也引起网民关注,部分网民呼吁应尊重死者家属,将视频撤下,但也有人认为,引起关注有助加快司法追究进程,也同时对司机起到威慑作用。 对此,死者家属则因事故发生不断在网上流传而感到难过困扰,并呼吁民众停止传播骇人画面。 据《海峡时报》报导,Road.sg的编辑Nicholas Wang则认为将视频上传到网络上旨在提醒骑士们要安全驾驶。 “这是值得我们提醒的一件事”,他表示。其团队认为在意外发生后,他们纷纷受到相关视频,因此存在新闻价值,也希望借此提醒民众。 视频也会在部分骇人画面上打上马赛克。 “如果我们的家人因此而丧命,我们会希望这些视频能够促使当局更快速发表官方声明。” “应尊重家属” 另一方面,有人则对此持反对意见,新加坡道路安全委员会(Singapore Road Safety Council,简称SRSC)以及新加坡汽车协会(Automobile Association of Singapore)则认为应该尊重死者家属,不应让他们再次经历悲伤,同时,将骇人视频放网络上并不会起到任何威慑作用,反而只能证明骑士对于车子的盲点并没有充分注意到。 “虽然有关当局会使用骇人图像来阻止危险驾驶,但所有图像都是经过处理而且是来自于交通警察。” 因此,在上传骇人视频前必须先考量个人的影响,才能将这些资料当作警示。 蒙福关爱(Montfort Care)的资深总监朱慧儿则认为,这些视频可能会对死者家属造成重大创伤,尤其是在事故发生后不久。 “对于家属而言,他的离世已经相当悲伤,若一直重复经历他的死亡过程,就等于重复他被撞击死亡的过程。对于一个正在经历悲伤家庭而言,一次都嫌多了。”
电影里的蜘蛛侠看过吧,但所谓“高手在民间”,日前一名空调维修员,也必须爬到七楼组屋单位外修理空调,期间还坐姿潇洒地坐在距离地面约20米的空调上面,但旁人看了都为他捏一把冷汗。 根据公民记者网站《Stomp》报道,上周六(14日),一名网友将维修人员坐躺在七楼空调上的情景拍下来。据悉,这位维修人员,是在位于惹兰都亚(Jalan Dua)的达哥打(Dakota)第97座组屋单位内修理空调。 网友表示,维修人员就如同蜘蛛侠一般,在空调上坐躺。维修人员的行为就被网友父亲所拍下。 “我爸爸在拍照的时候下雨了,这相当危险,让看着的人都替他倒吸一口气。” 网友也表示,虽然他当时正戴着安全带,但仍然存在着很大的风险,因为该组屋区内的空调设备都相当老旧,而且大多数都是安装在居住单位之外。 “我不知道其他单位的空调维修是否也用同样的方式修理”,网友表示。
