今年频频有脚车共享业者退出我国市场,那么他们遗留下来的脚车会做和处置呢?送到废铁厂? 自今年4月被取消执照后,中国共享脚车业者ofo的显眼黄色脚车,又会再次出现在我国街道上,不过这次使用不同名字。另外还有一万辆脚车作为“礼物”,被送出国了。 这些被存放在仓库的ofo单车,被初创共享脚车公司Moov Technology购买了,经过翻新后,在上周重新被推出。 该公司于4月份获得“沙盒”执照,可以经营1000辆脚车,因此人们能够在新加坡西部如文礼和先驱看到这些脚车。 自ofo未能满足监管条件而被撤销执照后,Moov是首家进入本地市场的公司。 该中国业者是因未能通过由陆路交通管理局(LTA)添置的新条规,即在指定停放区设置QR码扫描系统,且尽管陆交局多次发出警告,ofo业者仍未能将其脚车车队减少到规定的最大规模,即一万架,才遭当局勒令关闭在新加坡的业务。 环保且响应经济效应 Moov首席执行官Sharon Meng对《海峡时报》说,他们购买了ofo未曾使用的脚车,并将其调整到Moov的系统中,这样不仅环保,也有经济效益。 “今年早些时候,我们了解到有很多全新的脚车,完全没有被使用过,但是因为其他的脚车共享业者退出市场了,而被遗留在仓库中报废。我们相信在改善脚车共享领域中,首先就是要清理战场,并且充分利用全新的脚车。” 除此之外,该公司也宣布在今年年终之前推出自己的脚车,以帮助提高运营效率。 至于在我国西部的经营,Sharon表示,为了确保脚车供应充足,他们暂时只专注经营一个地区。 她指出,选择在西部经营,因为当地有适当的停车基础设施和骑车条件,而在获得陆交局批准扩大其营运团队后,才会考虑将服务扩展到国内的其他区域。 尽管近期有许多共享脚车业者失败的例子,但是Moov对该行业前景有信心。 多家业者受新条规影响 国会在2018年3月通过了停车处(修正)法案(Parking Places (Amendment) Bill),实施了一些条例包括了共享脚车业者的新执照申请制度、每半年审查车队规模一次,以及在公共停车处设置独特的QR码,让用户在停放脚车时扫描QR码,以证明自己没有乱停车。 随着新条例的落实,许多脚车共享业者如OBike和ofo就停止运营,而Mobike已经申请推出我国市场,但是未获得陆交局批准。 因此,Moov的出现就成为了我国目前第四个活跃的脚车共享业者。其他仍然在运营的业者包括Anywheel和SG Bike,以及前途未明的Mobike。 购万辆脚车赠缅贫困孩童 而使用过的脚车,其实也可以用于慈善事业,帮助穷苦的人们。 一名曾经在我国读书18年,并在南洋理工大学毕业的缅甸人丹吞温(Than...

一名男子因涉嫌欺骗分时度假会员,取消配套可领回资金,被法院判处四年两周的监禁。 警方昨日(3日)发出文告,42岁的亚新(译名)涉嫌诱骗分时度假会员在终止会籍后,只要支付一定费用,便可索回资金。 据警方表示,他透过Solution One私人有限公司作为实施诡计的媒介,并且招募训练员工招揽客户。 “在2013年8月至2015年9月期间,已有47名分时会员接受这项服务”,警方表示。 实际上,亚新知道Solution One私人有限公司并没有这项服务,最终受害者支付94万2141新元后,却没有得到如预期的结果。 2018年6月28日,亚新被控欺诈营商(Fraudulent Trading),违反了公司法第340条。另一名与亚新共同经营Solution One私人有限公司的罪犯,亦被控相同罪名。 警方指出,目前两起诉讼仍在进行中。 另一方面,亚新在2015年的1月至7月期间,透过Allied Solution Group 私人有限公司向客户介绍一项关于融资淡米尔电影制作的投资方案。 文告说明亚新向18名投资者集资,除了获得150巴仙的回报率,还会根据票房收入而平分利益。在他的诱骗下,他共获约31万5237新元的投资,再以票房收入太低为由,不支付任何回报。 虽然该项投资方案的性质与下的集体投资计划(Collective Investment Scheme)大同小异,但并未达到《证卷与期货法》(Securities and Futures Act)的条件。 2019年6月28 ,亚新被控五项在未经新加坡金融管理局的认证下实施集体投资计划;另五项则违反《证卷与期货法》下的第296与第331条,未有任何说明书(prospectus)下提供集体投资计划;庭上亦考虑将另21项诉讼一并纳入。 警方建议民众若收到不明公司或人士的电联宣称协助分时会员收取回扣,请务必谨慎。民众应采取以下行动。 有不明人士依据你分时会员的资讯来电...
