巴士司机雨天撑伞的小动作,温暖乘客的心。 一名脸书网友Jack今天在脸书专页 All Singapore Stuff上载了一段名为“Awesome Bus Driver”视频。视频中的一名巴士司机在雨天驾驶,每次靠停一个巴士站时,就只开巴士靠前的门,然后离开座位,为上下车的乘客撑起一把伞。 透过长约3分钟的视频,有关的巴士一共停靠了四个巴士站,巴士司机都是没有选择性地为乘客撑伞。 这个视频一经播出,立刻吸引超过千名网友按赞转发,百人留言。 网友表示,这名巴士司机非常了解雨天没伞的的痛苦,他的行为显示了真正的人性社会上需要像他一样的人,向人一样温暖,会帮助他人。 也有网友表示,司机的举动值得为他赢得一个奖项。网友更呼吁大众,要珍惜这样的敬业态度,以及他们所提供的良好服务。 建议改善巴士设施 网民也建议政府改善目前的措施,为巴士发明一个如同雨伞的躲雨区,那样更好。“为什么有些巴士有台阶,但是没有躲雨区。” 网民也希望政府可以提升所有巴士站的措施,以便能够像火车站一般,拥有更好的遮挡区块。
在世界上最昂贵城市之一的新加坡市中心,有一片大约是白宫30倍大小的空置私人土地,价值约47亿新元,属于马来西亚柔佛王储依斯迈所有。 前苏丹为妻子设宫殿 彭博社指出,34岁的柔佛皇储依斯迈是这位于植物园旁边的宫殿式庄园Tyersall Park前身地段,占地21万0875平方米土地的主人。 而该片土地上,有一个于19世纪建造,名为Woodnuek王宫的宫殿。该宫殿是柔佛前苏丹阿布巴卡为他的苏丹妃卡达吉雅,在新加坡建造的“皇宫”。但是经过大火和腐朽的破坏,现在已经是废墟一片。 事实上,Tyersall Park也是《疯狂亚洲富豪》主人翁主人翁豪宅的灵感来源。 土地面积原本更大 原本登记在柔佛苏丹名下的土地更大,但随着新加坡政府收购土地,作为扩建联合国教科文组织世界遗产地的植物园,才逐渐减少。 新加坡政府在1990年,以2500万新元的价格购买了部分土地,过后又在2009年获得98000平方米的土地,但是并没有公布收购价格。 马来西亚实行君主立宪制,国家元首每五年由国内九个州属的苏丹轮流担任,位于南部的柔佛州,就由皇储的父亲,苏丹依斯干达统治。 用途受限 不易脱手 不过,即是柔佛皇储有意脱售有关土地,应该也没那么快成事,因为未开发的有关土地已被归为“特别绿地”用途,意味着该土地的开发:如住宅或商业用途等将受限。 据第一太平戴维斯(Savills Plc)研究咨询部高级总监Alan Cheong评估,处于新加坡最令人向往住宅区之一的那片土地,价值最少47亿新元。 新加坡去年转手最昂贵的住所,是位于植物园附近的一栋优质洋房(Good Glass Bungalow),成交价格为1.053亿新元(7800万美元),买家是油气公司永顺集团(Winson Group)主席董欣跃,创下了新加坡优质洋房地区历来最高成交价。 柔苏丹:我也要谋生 在面对有关的报道,柔佛皇储没有立即给与回应。相对的,在谈到钱财问题时,柔佛苏丹更为务实。 柔佛苏丹曾于2015年接受马来西亚星报访问时指出,“说实话,我们是立宪君主。我必须向其他人一样谋生,我不能依赖每个月2万7000令吉(约6640新元)的津贴过活。我必须像普通的马来西亚人一样谋生。”
