为了120元,失业男向69岁的母亲动粗,将她推到在地,导致母亲大腿股骨须动手术撞钉。 被告沙帕星面对10项控状,包括对公务员动粗、刑事恐吓、蓄意伤人和违反防止骚扰法。控方将提控其中六项,余项则交由法官下判时一并考量。而被告在面对众多控状后认罪,被判两年监禁。 案发经过 据案情指出,被告因疫情影响失业,于今年2月7日凌晨回到家后,欲向母亲借120元。然而,母亲则坦言拿不出钱,并劝被告踏踏实实去找工作。不料却激怒了被告,对着母亲挥拳动粗,导致母亲跌倒在地,自己则掉头离开。 母亲在事后报警处理,并诊断出大腿股骨骨折,须进行髓内手术。 类似的行为并非首次发生在被告身上。控方表示,被告于2003年至2018年间曾多次出入监狱,也非首次对母亲动粗,而母亲伤势严重,吁请法官严惩。 由于被告并未有代表律师,因此昨日求情时表示,因受到冠病影响,丢了饭碗,才会间接伤到母亲。 他也强调每次向母亲借钱也会连本带利还给母亲。事发当时,他只是轻推母亲,却未料弄伤母亲,一切皆为无心之过。母亲也在事后写信求情,指是一场意外。 不满被屏蔽,在群组内辱骂已婚妇女还骚扰 另一方面,被告也因不满已婚妇女屏蔽他,竟在群组辱骂对方,两个月内百般骚扰他。 据庭上表示,被告曾患有酗酒问题,并参加嗜酒者的互戒协会(Alcoholics Anonymous)。 被告则于去年5月认识一名已婚妇女,但两人在9月已翻脸,被告不满对方将自己屏蔽,在两个月内百般骚扰对方,其中包括使用朋友的手机和公用电话,竟在一天内打80通电话给对方,还半夜骚扰。 他甚至联系上对方的丈夫,称自己与已婚妇女发生关系,并辱骂对方为“荡妇和妓女”,同时在嗜酒者的互戒协会群组内,称与对方通奸。 已婚妇当时也申请紧急保护令,阻止被告联系她,也因担心自身安危而不敢再参与协会活动。 不仅如此,被告也在今年2月24日凌晨1时点,于一座组屋楼下与两名友人喝酒时发生争执,当场丢下一句“弄死你”,并要对方“你等着”后离开。 两个小时后,被告拿着一把15公分长刀折返,追着友人恫言要捅对方,吓得后者拔腿就跑。
