新加坡大选2020政党论政于昨晚(1日)9点进行,邀请人民行动党三巴旺集选区候选人王乙康、前进党西海岸集选区候选人梁文辉,以及民主党马西岭-油池集选区候选人林文兴,针对如何解决就业、国民的问题发表看法。 梁文辉提及国人较为关心之课题公积金,前进党表示,应允许国人在55岁能够提出最高5万块的公积金,让国人能够享有更多财务自由和空间,以实行长远的计划。 前进党认为,只有国人的能够掌握自身财务,才有足够的资本参与新经济发展,促进经济。 对此,人民行动党也提出质问,称该政策与人民行动党如今实施的政策有何不同。前进党指所提出的政策与人民行动党最大的不同在于在政府对待国民公积金的态度上。 前进党认为,公积金原就属于国人的财务,本就应该获取更大的自由度掌控财务的流动。如今政府严格把控国人的公积金如买屋需公积金的存款,将会失去财务的流动性,让他们无法自由使用,亦是与人民行动党最大的差异。 梁文辉:先止血,保住人民的工作机会 除了公积金问题,前进党梁文辉表示也对于外来人才的涌入关注,前进党认为人民行动党强调要持续增进人口直至1千万,但如今大量的外来人才涌入新加坡,导致本国人失去良好的工作机会,也增加我国的劳动竞争力。 在提问环节,梁文辉直批政府一直否认过度的外来人才已经压迫了本地人的工作机会,因此前进党对于增至1千万人口的说法保持质疑,并认为应该严格把控人口流入。 对此,王乙康也辩称,外来人才的引入有利与弊,外来人才能够带来外国投资者的加入,同时也会提高我国的劳动竞争力,因此执政政府也一直在作出平衡。 梁文辉在最后总结也强调,前进党的政策如今强调首先必须针对外来人才的流入“止血”,因为外来人才无疑对本地人的工作机会造成很大的冲击,如今只能依靠“止血”,才有办法先保留本地人的权利。 梁文辉表示,不同于人民行动党雷声大雨点小的宣言,前进党是以民为本,秉持着同情心和多元化为人民设立政策,他也直批政府口头上宣称如今的政策对新加坡的好处,但人民却无法看见。
昨日,在《8视界》的新加坡大选2020政党论政首场辩论会,民主党马西岭-油池候选人林文兴,重申该党竞选宣言的建议,让65岁以上退休人士能够每月领取500元收入,同时还要为不幸被裁员的人士提供福利。 “有钱拿国民当然很高兴”,但人民行动党王乙康质问开销如此之大,钱应该从哪里来? 民主党林文兴直言不讳地说,不如先从部长薪金开始?他指出从民主党所作出的调查显示,内阁部长的薪金若能获得削减,最少都能省下1千万至1千200万元开销,这意味着,庞大的资金已经能够为至少2000位最贫困的老人提供每月500元生活费。 林文兴:“先从部长的薪金下刀” 此外,民主党认为政治领袖应该以身作则,为人民做出贡献,尤其疫情时刻,一起度过难关。 再者,民主党主张将国家一些重大项目停止,如星耀樟宜等,因为项目的建设并没有获得理想的回报,并直言如同浪费纳税人的钱。 王乙康则对民主党的“部长减薪说”不认同,他认为即使砍部长薪金,也是杯水车薪,无法真正补给老人补助的开销 林文兴:中小企业并未如王乙康所说获得补助 另一方面,林文兴也亦质问王乙康,有关就业补助金的补助金,尽管人民行动党宣称提供给中小企业的补助都已经进入到企业内,但前进党在走访民间时,发现中小企业并未如王乙康所说,获得补助金,造成企业的资金紧缩,因此人民行动党应该解释其补助金的分配详细百分比。 对此,王乙康则称就业补助旨在削减开支,保住员工的饭碗,因此纳入到企业的开支。就业补助并非以企业的大小规模而定,而是一视同仁。 林文兴总结时强调,人民行动党在疫情前已漏洞百出,并暗指行动党如今无法取得民众信任。然而,民主党与行动党最大差异在于民主党旨在聆听人民的心声,是将人民的福祉和福利摆在首位,因此让为民思虑的在野党进入国会,让人民的心声也能够被听见。
