人力部在过去两天展开了全岛执法行动,检测超过200个工作场所在恢复营运时,所采取的安全管理措施,其中有三个工作场所因无法达标而遭下令停工。 人力部昨日(6月3日)在脸书发帖,指当局在6月起展开了两天执法行动,旨在减低在工作场所发生疫情传染的风险。被下令停工的工作场所涉及了指示所有员工返回办公室工作,而不允许他们继续居家工作。 此外,当局也向违反安全措施的雇主开出了14份销案罚款。 “可以了解有些雇主在经过两个月的阻断器措施后,急于让员工返回工作场所。但是我们要提醒雇主,仍然要让可以居家办公的员工继续这样做。” 当局也强调,若接获可居家办公的员工投诉被雇主要求返回工作场所,他们将会请雇主解释有关举措;若解释不合理,则会采取相应的执法措施。 他们促请雇主和员工认真看待安全管理措施,保障工作场所和体制上下的安全。 他们也欢迎针对防范冠毒措施有疑问者,可参考当局官网的常见问题,而有疑问和建议者也可透过线上表格询问。
昨日(3日)建设局(BCA)发文告指出,在进入第一阶段解封期间,当局批准逾5400项住宅装修项目复工。 内政部兼国家发展部高级政务次长孙雪玲,则在脸书解答民众疑惑,包括这段期间是否有足够的工友可复工? 她解释,那些住在组屋或私人住宅单位的装修工人,在获得批准之后,就能马上复工。 “这是因为他们在阻断措施实行期间,应当有遵守居家通知,在家里待了28天,因此不需要先通过冠病检测。” 不过,如果装修承包商员工住在客工宿舍,那么他们必须等到有关宿舍,被证实不再传播病毒,那么客工才能获准复工。她指出,这也是为了保障装修工人本身、屋主和社区的安全,尽可能阻止病毒传播。 但即便如此,一些承包商的装修工程仍可能延误,这是因为一些业者雇员来自马来西亚,目前还不能过来新加坡;有者面对供应链问题,无法取得特定材料等。 为此,孙雪玲呼吁大家能体谅其中难处,目前仍需警惕病毒重新扩散。
国务资政兼社会政策统筹部长尚达曼坦言,未来半年至一年的时间,我们面对的重大和迫切的挑战,即使阻断措施后逐步放宽,仍有许多人可能因疫情失去工作。 全球经济前景暗淡,一些行业仍会招聘人员,而政府将尽力协助他们,但没人敢说冠病19疫情会持续多久,尚达曼称,恐怕明年的职缺将少得多。 尚达曼是在个人脸书发文表示,他领导的全国就业理事会,放眼未来一年,透过副总理王瑞杰公布的新心相连就业与技能配套(SGUnited Jobs and Skills Package),为求职者创造10万个就业和培训机会。 “要实现这一目标将是一项挑战,但我们可以通过劳资政的紧密协作,超越既定方法来取得成功。我们将竭尽所能在公共和私企创造这些机会。” 他表示理事会也特别关注本地中年和年长工友,大家都必须改变思维应对新局势,例如雇主不应认为年长工友“太老、资历过高、适应能力不足”而拒绝雇用。 “政府为雇主提供了有力支持,每个雇主都必须成为团队的一员,以应对就业挑战。”
