我国16岁以上国人,将获得本地电玩供应商雷蛇(Razer)提供的500万手术口罩。 本地电玩供应商雷蛇将在我国,包括在星狮地产有限公司和JustCo共享办公室旗下的商场内,设置20个自动贩卖机,让国人可自6月1日起,通过贩卖机领取免费口罩。 该公司是为了配合我国政府最近宣布,为家庭提供更多可重复使用口罩计划而展开。 雷蛇首席战略官李立民(Lee Li Meng译音)指出,有时候人们在离开家门后,才意识到没有戴口罩,因此提供用自动贩卖机领取免费口罩的做法,以确保社会安全。 该公司已经在本地设立首个全自动化的手术口罩生产线,每个月可生产500万个口罩,并放眼将产量增加至每个月1000万个。 至于要领取免费口罩,民众必须先下载Razer Pay应用程序,在贩卖机前扫描QR码,已验证身份后即可领取。该公司也将在未来数日进行试跑活动,在手机程序上提供有效期长达三个月的优惠券QR码。 惟,该公司强调,试跑期间还是会遵守阻断措施法令,确保人们遵守安全社交距离,因此不会让所有用户在同一时间获得QR码,而是会分阶段给出。“我们也会提醒民众,若看到贩卖机前排着长龙,请不要闲逛。请等到队伍人数较少时才过来领取口罩。”
在冠状病毒19肆虐期间,今年4月共有8千663家商业实体结业,比起三月增加了一倍。 据本地英语财经媒体《商业时报》报导,上个月的数字不仅是近年来新高,对比2003年SARS疫情、2009年金融危机同期倒闭商企的数量,也高出一倍。 2003年SARS疫情下,同期倒闭商企个体也不到2500家,金融危机时期同期也少过4000家。 《商业时报》是透过本地商业资讯服务BizInsights获得数据。今年三月份,倒闭商家多达4008家。 单在今年4月,其中有多达403家结业商企,都是来自餐饮领域。至于结业的零售服务则有918家。 而在4月份新创立的商企个体,则有3千767家。 经济学家提醒,若阻断措施结束,政府削减对大多数行业的补助、也取消对贷款偿债的冻结,担忧有更多企业会不堪重负面临结业。 若全球疫情未有改善,旅游、出国公干减少,跟旅游业相关的前线企业也会继续受到冲击。
社会及家庭发展部长李智陞指出,冠状病毒疫情薪金补贴自5月1日开放后的首个星期,已经接获了约两万分申请,当局也已展开处理程序。 他于昨日(5月11日),在脸书帖文做出以上公布。政府自本月起至9月30日,开放两种协助受疫情影响,导致失业、被迫休无薪假或月薪收入至少减少30巴仙的津贴申请。申请者可透过政府电子密码(SingPass),上网到go.gov.sg/CSG提出申请。 政府为了协助受到疫情影响员工,推出冠毒疫情薪金补贴(COVID-19 Support Grant)。若员工因疫情失业,可申请每月800元补贴,为期三个月。 至于因疫情收入减少至少三成的人士,符合条件申请者可获得三个月的补贴,每月补贴金额多达500元。 此外,自雇人士无需申请冠毒疫情薪金补贴,可透过自雇人士收入补贴计划(Self-employed Persons Income Relief Scheme)申请援助。 不在以上群体的国民,若面对财务困境也可直接求助社会服务中心。
一名确诊冠病19的网民,申诉自己在社交媒体分享的心得,竟被本地中文主流媒体,在未经许可下仍使用当事人的照片,而报导中亦有不实资讯。 本月7日,《联合早报》在官网分享了文章《阻断措施期间足不出户 南大生不解为何染疫》。内容描述一名许姓南大生,阐述自己一家四口足不出户,但发现自身出现冠病症状等。 本社尝试在《联合早报》官网搜索有关文章, 竟查无此文,相信已被撤下。目前可找到的,多为网民下载或抄录的内容。 网民正杰(Quah Zheng Jie译音)在个人脸书分享,自己确诊冠病19。然而上述标题具误导性,似乎暗示人们即使待在家也可能感染病毒。 考量到《联合早报》或《联合晚报》主要针对年长者群体,他担忧这样的标题,在当前疫情下只会引起恐慌,是很不负责任的。 “这种骗点击率性质的标题,却是在人们最需要保障的时候,动摇民众的信心。” 正杰在个人贴文分享,5月1日,一名记者找他,征求他同意以使用他在社交媒体Instagram上的照片。不过正杰已清楚表明,拒绝授权使用他的个人资料和照片。 “违反新闻伦理” 正杰也指对方理应很清楚,自己已表态拒绝。但尽管如此,有关记者还是在本月7日,盗用了他发布在Instagram的照片,并撰写了上述报导,甚至文章中还提到已“采访当事人”,也描绘自己在阻断措施之前和期间的日常生活,但那些都是不实的。 正杰还是在友人父亲告知下,才发现有关报导。 不过事件还没结束!有关记者5月7日当天,还联系正杰,并声称此事时一场误会,但正杰已无意于对方攀谈。 正杰称,随后他直接找上《联合早报》的编辑反映此事。而得到的回应是,经过内部调查,有关记者根据正杰的社媒贴文作报导,也对于已被受访者拒绝,作出错误判断。 但正杰指出,他的社媒贴文,仅描述在博览中心隔离设施的情况,然而,记者的报导却提及他的家人、日常生活等,都是不实的资讯。而他认为对方已违反新闻伦理。正杰坦言,此事也造成不必要的恐慌,即便《联合晚报》已删除有关贴文, 但已有外国媒体跟进报导,也有网民已产生观念,认为即便待在家也是不安全的。 对正杰而言,他无意也在避免戏剧化或渲染自己的抗疫经历。然而在静养时,却看到媒体未经同意刊载自己的照片和经历,令他感到被背叛,甚至还引来有网民揣测,自己未遵守阻断措施等。
