想起前线人员,总会先联想到日日夜夜守在最前线的医生与护士,再来就是近日逐渐受到重视的必要工作者(Essential worker),即为人们提供必要服务的工作人员,例如公共交通司机、送餐员或超市员工等。在众多必要工作者中,最容易受到忽视的属街道清扫员,一个看似与我们生活并无太多相关,却承担起我国市容的责任。 “我父亲也是必要工作者” 网友Syazwan Majid昨日在脸书发文,讲述自己的街道清扫员父亲的情况。他指出,父亲长年以来恪尽职守,但因为工作的关系较易身陷高风险区域,加上年龄渐长,因此也让他非常忧心。 “我父亲是必要工作者,他既不是医生也不是护士,他看不懂也写不出。尽管如此,他秉持着恪尽职守的本分,一直努力维持我国的街道与公园的整洁四十余年。” 网友续指,“但是像我父亲这样的人,与其他必要工作者不同,他必须外出工作,将自己长年暴露在外且具有高风险感染的区域,这使我更加担心,因为我父亲已年过半百,属于弱势族群之一”。 “掌声虽美,但能够做好本分待在家中,已是对前线人员最大的敬意” 对此,网友也敦促民众应该以严肃的态度对待“阻断措施”,做好自己的本分,待在家中,减少出门,不要再为前线人员增加负担。 “我想要借此敦促大家请严肃对待阻断措施,做好自己的本分,让我们的老年人、家人待在家中,减少前线人员的负担。虽然掌声很美,但待在家中不出门才是对他们献上至高的敬意。如今已是艰难时刻,请大家务必共克时艰。” 网友最后也上传父亲的照片,照片中的父亲正穿戴工作服准备出门,网友表示当时是偷拍父亲的照片,也向父亲表达自己的敬意与爱意,并请求真主阿拉能够赐予父亲健康和幸福。 “当我今早趁父亲上班时偷拍他的照片时,我内心非常激动,看着我的非凡父亲,我心中涌现难以置信的骄傲和幸运,无论社会如何看待我的父亲。所以我请求真主阿拉的祝福,祝福他能够持续健康幸福,感谢父亲与母亲能够一同组建这个家庭。” 帖文上传后,立即引起网民的关注,截至目前已获得逾2万的赞,以及5千600转载。网民也随同网友的脚步,为他的父亲与其他仍努力在抗疫的前线人员致敬,并感谢父亲的付出。
