SINGAPORE: Former PropertyLimBrothers (PLB) vice-president of strategy Grayce Tan has joined real estate agency OrangeTee & Tie, according to records maintained by the Council for Estate Agencies (CEA).
CEA records show Tan registered under OrangeTee & Tie on 20 June 2026. Her registration took effect on the same date and is valid until 31 December 2026.
The move marks Tan's return to the property industry spotlight after several months of reduced public activity following her departure from PLB earlier this year.

Return to property content
Alongside her new agency registration, Tan has resumed creating and publishing property-related content on social media.
She returned to her property-themed Instagram account, Homes with Grayce, with a post on 11 June.
The post, captioned "this week's work snippets", appeared to signal a return to professional activities.

On 12 June, Tan uploaded six short-form videos covering topics including the "first-mover advantage" and the characteristics of 99-year leasehold properties.
Comments on the latest posts have been limited.
The uploads marked her first activity on the Homes with Grayce account since 23 December 2025, ending a gap of nearly six months.
The short videos were also published on her YouTube channel of the same name, alongside a longer-form property video.
Activity during hiatus
Although the Homes with Grayce account remained inactive for several months, Tan continued posting on her personal Instagram account, which is publicly accessible.
She reappeared on the platform on 7 March with a series of reflective posts.
The update was her first post in approximately one and a half months after controversy surrounding her departure from PLB emerged publicly.
Most of her subsequent posts focused on personal matters. However, property-related content began appearing on the account again about a week ago, coinciding with her return to industry-focused content creation.
Background to departure
Tan left PLB in January 2026 following an alleged cheating scandal involving PLB co-founder and chief executive officer Melvin Lim.
The controversy prompted Lim to step down from his leadership position within the company.
Following the revelations, both Lim's and Tan's profiles were removed from the firm's website.
The fallout extended beyond PLB. More than 100 agents reportedly left KW Singapore, the standalone franchise founded by Lim, including the agency's top-performing salesperson.
Industry shifts continue
The latest development comes amid broader movement within Singapore's real estate agency sector involving former PLB personnel.
In May 2026, PLB co-founder Adrian Lim rejoined rival agency PropNex together with 36 other former PLB salespersons.
Tan's move to OrangeTee & Tie places her within one of Singapore's largest real estate groups.
OrangeTee Holdings was established in 2000 as an online property portal before becoming a full-fledged real estate agency later that year.
In 2017, OrangeTee merged its agency business with the real estate agency arm of Edmund Tie & Co, creating what was then Singapore's third-largest property agency.
The company subsequently merged with real estate consultancy firm ETC in 2025 and became part of the Realion Group.
