Three dead after supply boat sinks off Pasir Panjang Terminal
A supply boat sank after colliding with a landing craft off Pasir Panjang Terminal on 12 June, killing three crew members. Search operations continue.

Three people died after a supply boat sank off Pasir Panjang Terminal, Singapore, on the morning of Friday, 12 June 2026.
The vessel sank at about 9.30am after colliding with a landing craft, the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA) said in a statement.
The Police Coast Guard and the Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) Marine Division were activated alongside MPA to conduct search and rescue operations.
Police said three individuals, believed to be crew members of the sunken supply boat, were retrieved from the waters off Pasir Panjang Wharf.
The three were aged between 38 and 53. All were declared dead at the scene by an SCDF paramedic.
Search and rescue efforts are continuing, including diving operations, to ensure that all crew members from the supply boat are accounted for.
The landing craft involved in the collision remains stable, and no injuries have been reported among the crew on board.
Port operations at Pasir Panjang have not been affected by the incident, according to MPA.
Navigational broadcasts have been issued advising vessels to keep clear of the incident area while operations continue.
MPA said investigations into the cause of the collision are ongoing.
