Two PropertyLimBrothers leaders removed from website amid online speculation

Two key leaders at PropertyLimBrothers (PLB), Melvin Lim and Grayce Tan, have been removed from the company's official leadership listing on its website. Lim is the co-founder and chief executive officer, while Tan held the role of vice president for strategy and is also a content creator known online as @babygrayce.
The removals coincide with a surge in online speculation and scrutiny, following the circulation of videos on Reddit that suggest an alleged extramarital affair between the two. Both individuals are married, though not to each other, and Lim is reportedly a father of four.
Tan joined PLB in 2022 and has a following of approximately 191,000 on Instagram. As of 27 January 2026, both Lim and Tan have set their Instagram profiles to private. Additionally, their individual biography pages have been taken down from PLB’s corporate website. Tan’s LinkedIn profile has also been removed.
Articles featuring Lim on Salt&Light, a Christian media platform, have also been removed, though the timing of its removal remains unclear. This mirrors a similar action taken in 2023, when the platform took down articles penned by then-Speaker of Parliament Tan Chuan-Jin following revelations of his inappropriate relationship with a fellow parliamentarian.
In a series of videos shared online, sounds described as moans can be heard from behind a closed office door. These were allegedly recorded in an office building, where observers in a neighbouring unit attempted to look beneath the door to identify the source of the sounds.
One video showed a man lying on the floor, peering through a door gap before declaring, “Bro, confirm sex... They're on the table.”
In a subsequent clip, Lim and Tan were seen exiting the room, with Lim appearing to lock the door behind him.
These videos have been widely circulated on Reddit, prompting multiple discussion threads.
PLB has not issued a formal statement, but online observers noted that the company has limited the comments section on its Instagram account in response to the situation.
A screenshot of a message purportedly sent by Lim to the company’s internal team has also surfaced online.
In the alleged message, Lim referred to a “personal mistake” and apologised for having “crossed boundaries”. He added that he would be taking several months to focus on his family.
"I've addressed this responsibly with my family and am taking time now for the next few months to focus on restoring and protecting my family. This is something I need to do properly,” the message reads.
Lim also indicated that both he and Tan would be stepping down from their leadership roles at PLB to enable the business to “operate steadily and without distraction”.
"This situation is mine to own," he wrote, asking colleagues to avoid speculation or placing pressure on any parties. He also appealed for the privacy of both families to be respected.
At this point, neither Lim nor Tan has issued a public statement beyond the reported internal message, and the company has yet to release a formal response. It remains to be seen how the leadership transition will affect PLB, a prominent player in the local property and digital media space.
